We offer a Family Caregiver Program that allows relatives to provide care for their loved ones. Approved caregivers are reimbursed at 75% of the Medicaid rate for eligible services.
A family caregiver is someone who provides 24/7 residential support to a family member receiving services under the HCBS-DD waiver. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and managing finances. Family caregivers must live in the same home as the individual at least 75% of the time and are required to meet the same standards and regulations as Host Home providers.
We provide HCBS services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
