As a PASA provider, we offer individualized residential placement for individuals who need a supportive home environment. This includes Host Home services, Personal Care Alternative (PCA), and daily respite care. We carefully match each individual with a home setting that aligns with their needs and preferences.
We also provide in-home services for approved individuals who prefer to receive care in the comfort of their own homes.
Our services are available statewide across Colorado. Through the HCBS program, participants choose the supports that matter most to them, and we ensure those needs are met with the right care team and environment.
