Our personal care services provide all the necessary personnel and support to meet the daily living needs of every HCBS participant residing in the Heart of Gold Homecare LLC facility. These services are provided in order to meet physical, maintenance, and supportive needs. They may also be provided as an emergency, episodic, or on a continuous basis.
Our personal care service is created to support our participants’ independence with dignity and compassion in:
- Clothing
- Bathing
- Standby assistance
- Assisting individual in the completion of task as needed
- Assist in ADLs
- Incontinence care
